Diaper rash management - what do you do??

My LO is 3 w old and got her first diaper rash, even though we change her every 3 hours and use desitin in every change. Any help?

Butt paste🙏🏼 and air to the area as much as possible

Change diaper a little more often and we use A &D, works really well for my son

Use a warm wet soft cloth for awhile until the rash goes away, try changing baby a lot more often and chnage wipes, diapers and creams , one of those could be irritating baby's skin

When my daughters is REALLY bad I use a baby wash cloth, wet it with warm water and only use that to wipe her when I change her. 
Then I layer calmoseptine, and diaper cream.

Use paper towels and water instead of bby wipes .. Thats how i prevent and soothe my bbys diaper rash..

I switch between butt paste and Destin. My husband is learning everything a new. I know something's from watching my nieces. We switch between the two. But we keep up with changing her diaper

Desitin is so useless. It has never worked for any kid i have used it on.

Burts Bees baby rash cream is literally magic!!! Also try leaving baby on a few towels for a little while day, to kind of air it out. Towels will be good incase baby uses the batbroom without the diaper on

We put Vaseline on him at every diaper change . And we change him every time we notice he peed or pooped ( which is a lot !) lol
