help! what sleep aids/meds can I take while breastfeeding??

I've tried melatonin and sleep teas. I need something stronger please help me 😭

Anything stronger may cause you to sleep through your baby waking. Try winding down several hrs before you sleep. Do for you as you do for your baby.  Bath, something cozy to sleep in, soothing lavender scented lotion,and warm drink. They make a ton of night time aroma therapy plug ins! Get one and turn it on full blast with the door shut! Sleep is very important as well as your happiness but your babies health and safety have to come first!
