apps?!

Ok ladies I need ideas! I want to track my calories through this pregnancy! I'm trying to find a good app for my phone for that. I am over weight and would really like to stay healthly throughout this pregnancy that way my little bun will be super healthy! And I do not want a high birth rate my daughter was almost 10lbs. Given her dad was a huge baby even though his mom is super skinny and healthy.. they just have big genes I guess? But anyways I just want a good app to help watch my in take and keep me on track and to make sure I'm only intaking healthy foods. Also I need ideas I don't work out and I know I'm pregnant like terrible time to start right? I know I should have started before. But what do you ladies suggest I do as far as working out? And how many calories is a pregnant woman supposed to take in? And is there any good apps for this?
