I'm worried my baby stopped growing since my last appointment. I'm 12w4d and except for some nausea and sore boobs, I don't feel pregnant. I don't have a bump, my fatigue is back to my usual fibromyalgia levels, and I don't feel flutters. Being my second baby in supposed to feel flutters sooner. Anyone else feel almost normal at 12 weeks but still have a healthy baby?
