Teary Day - 3 weeks on
Had an awful teary day today. I've been doing really well but today i found very difficult. Very teary, sad and generally down. I just want to still be pregnant!
3 weeks since my medically managed mc due to silent mc. Bleeding stopped a week ago, body is recovering well, just tired still and obviously teary 😢
