light headed and blurry vision

hey everyone for the pass 2 days I been feeling light headed and also blurry vision.. I contact my doctor she said it's could be high blood pressure I been monitoring my blood pressure at home and it's seem normal 116/50 ... I only feel like this when I'm outside sitting but as soon I come in it go away .. I don't know if something wrong i have a appt tomorrow..
