Is my morning sickness normal?

So I'm 7w today.  Before now I've had fairly constant nausea with only a few instances of  vomiting.  But today I can't keep anything down. I feel good for about 5 minutes after I eat, then I know as soon as I bend over a toilet I'm gonna get sick 
I guess I'm just worried cause I've never experienced anything like this.  I've had stomach viruses before but they usually come with a fever, etc.  it's so strange to me to just puke and go on with my day.
