So I have an almost 3 year old little girl from and ex boyfriend who I was with for almost 2 1/2 years, he hardly has anything to do with my daughter. Am I wrong to ask him if he would sign his rights away to her? He's nothing but a headache for me, I always try and get him to spend time with my daughter but it seems as if he's more worried about his new girlfriend and partying all the time. By the way, he's almost 27 years old. He always comes up with shitty excuses as to why he can't spend time with her, and when he does want to he wants my daughter to go to his new girlfriends house who I know NOTHING about but her name and where she works.
