Yes but a person can't really tell its ovaries that are causing pain. Usually in that area it's common constipation causing pressure on your ovaries or a simple ovarian cyst which will pop on its own usually. Maybe you're even bloated but don't really notice it. You could have gas bubbles passing through your colon again causing pressure. Calm down your pain isn't anything abnormal.
