Im 29 weeks an my gender scan said girl but the heart rate has never been higher than 138 and other midwives ive seen say boy so......my question is do i trust the scan or that said girl or pay to have a sca. Done?

Heartbeat has nothing to do with gender. That is an old wives tale. If a midwife truly believes an old wives tale versus science then it is time to find a new midwife.

I've had different pregnancies, different heart rates and all scans said girls, I've two girls and  another on the way. Realistically the scan is more accurate but also I don't think anything can be 100%, as at my friend scan she was told girl she bought all pink and had a boy. Blood test is likely the only realiable or birth itself 😂.

I'm having a girl and I'm about to be 35 weeks on Friday. Two weeks ago my baby's heart rate was 140. I think the hear rate slows down a little as they get bigger inside your womb. But sometimes I wonder too if I'm having a boy because my belly isn't round and I didn't get wide with this pregnancy
