Please help need opinions..

So I took a home pregnancy test about 2 or 3 weeks ago and it came back positive. I went to my local health department and they also tested me and said I was pregnant. They said they couldn't exactly predict how far I was because my periods are irregular and because my cycle always lasts, 34, 37, or 40 days. And they use a 28 day cycle to predict ovulation and to predict how far you are. So they used a 28 day cycle prediction because that's all they could do, and by that I am supposedly 8 weeks and 5 days, but we all know I'm much earlier on. So 3 days ago I was at work and went to the bathroom, I saw a brown and black bloody substance and immediately went to the emergency room, I got there around 9:00. They said they didnt have the equipment so they sent me to another hospital. At that hospital they did an abdominal ultraaound but couldn't find anything on that. So they did a transvaginal ultrasound and found the gestational sac, but no yolk sac or embryo. They tested my hcg levels and they said it was around 5000. They also got my blood type and found out I was rh negative so they had to give me a rhogame shot just incase I was or was gonna miscarry so it wouldn't cause further complications with future pregnancies. I was at the hospital until 3:30 in the morning. I had my first OBGYN appointment at 1 the next day so they said to go to that and see what they say. So I did and they did all the normal stuff, they said brown black or pinkish spotting or light bleeding is sometimes normal and may not be a concern. They also did a transvaginal ultrasound and only found the gestational sac but no yolk or embryo. They also said I have a retroverted uterus, also known as a tilted uterus. So this may be why they cant see anything else but a gestational sac but I'm not sure. They tested my hcg levels and it was 5100. So they said I am either earlier on, or my body is trying to miscarry, or I have have oblighted ovum also known as empty sac pregnancy. So lastnight, which was the same day as the obgyn appointment, I started spotting a little heavier and it was more a dark pink and brown, I also started to have tiny clots about the size as the tip of my pinky finger. If anyone would like to see the clot and rule anything out just ask and I will add a picture into the comments. But after I saw the clots I went straight straight the hospital and they sent me to the pregnancy until instead of the emergency room, they only had abdominal ultrasound machines but didnt expect to find anything on it in which they didnt. So they took my blood and tested my hcg levels. They said my hcg level has stayed the same since my appointment earlier and hasnt decreased any, which I'm thinking is a good sign. They also said that I'm just earlier on and this is old blood, or I'm miscarrying, or I have an oblighted ovum. So I go back to get my hcg levels tested friday morning and I have a transvaginal ultrasound scheduled this coming tuesday to see if anything else has formed or showed up. Has anyone else had problems with seeing the yolk sac? If heard you arent able to see the yolk sac until your hcg levels are at least 5400 which mine arent. Right now I am still spotting and bleeding very light, and it is a brown pink Color but I havent noticed anymore clots. Should I be worried ? Please give your opinions.
