Anyone else with a low placenta ?

When I went for my 16w appointment they said the placenta was low but should rise And to not have intercourse and we will check back at next apt. Just had my 20w anatomy scan and they said it's still low and to not have intercourse and they will check back at my 32 week appointment 😳 lol anyone else told this? I wasn't told to take any other precautions

I have complete placenta previa and was put on pelvic rest. No intervourse, no lifting and no exercising. I have to go in for an ultrasound every 4 weeks to monitor and see if the placenta moves. My doctor doesn't seem too worried, we are lucky that they have the technology these days to detect this sooner and take the right precautions. :)

At my 19w scan I was told the same thing. Mine is not touching or covering the cervix thankfully but it's pretty low. My OB also told me no intercourse until it moves up. I don't think my OB plans on checking me out again until 3rd trimester!! I kind of wish she would check me out earlier, because i dont want to be on intercourse restriction if I don't have to lol 😳

I have complete previa and also high risk for accreta. I'm on pelvic rest and go back in a couple weeks, I found out a couple weeks ago. I'm taking it easy also, no vigorous exercise or heavy lifting. But that's my own precautions.

Mine went from partial PP to marginal PP. I have another u/s next Friday to check it again. First was 12w second 18w and next will be 22w. I'm on pelvic rest which sucks. I also take it easy lifting and pushing things.

I just had a 23+5 week appointment and found out mine is marginal. I have the same restrictions and go back in 4 weeks for another ultrasound. Hopefully it has moved up by that point.

At about 17 weeks I was told the same thing . Then again at 20 weeks . So I was on pelvic rest for that time . Now today at 22 weeks and 3 days my placenta has moved.

Anyone else with a low placenta ?
