I was walking briskly to my car and I tripped over a big decorative rock, and I fell straight onto my front. I'm kind of a big girl but I'm still so worried! I hit the ground pretty hard, but I think I was just so shocked I didn't notice where the most impact was. I'm scared, I'm so worried. Should I go to the ER?
