Went to the Dr today for cramping baby was fine but said my placenta almost detattched ?? He said if it detached thats very serious. He said it could be cuz of constipation or getting very angry or sex. I told him I've been constipated. And he told me something in Spanish but I didn't catch it. He said I need 4 spoons of milk like a certain type of milk but I didn't hear him. Has anyone heard of anything like that? And if my placenta detatches is that bad?
