Can i be pregnant?

According to Glow I'm supposed to get my period in 8 days the 13th but sometimes it comes a week early or late. Me and my boyfriend had sex on the 21st of last month we used protection but the the condom broke the next day I took plan B. Right now i went to used the washroom when i wiped there was light red on the paper i wiped again and nothing. Please help! Is it too early to take a test? I need to know if i can test already. I been feeling nauseous, having cravings and headaches with low back pains itchy and sore breasts and been moody. Could have that bleeding been implantation bleeding?
