Early Labor vs Baby Dropping (HELP)😩

Feeling in easy ...I'm 34w and 3d...I've been having a bit of pressure in lower abdomen and a lil bit on my back ...I'm not bleeding or anything else ...but it's uncomfortable...do you think she's dropping or is this like early labor signs ...I'm nervous 😩
