i'm worried! no yolk sac 5w0d

Dear all.. My LMP was 1 September, which makes me 5w0d today. I had two miscarriages previously (one BO, another one tiny fetus did not grow). I just had transvaginal ultrasound, the sac has grown to an average of 6mm (photo attached). My doc said based on the size, it is around 4 plus weeks. I had ultrasound 3 days ago measuring 3.3mm.

But no yolk sac seen today. I'm super worried and scared. My doc doesn't seem to be concerned and asked me to see her again in 2 weeks' time.

My beta hCG level:

- 139 (29 Oct)

- 606 (1 Oct)

- 2,128.50 (3 Oct)

Can someone share your experience please? I don't have any spotting (which i had for the two miscarriages) or bleeding.
