Breastfeeding?.....drink tons of water and take more than average dose of fiber (you may feel it too :))
If not (but also in addition to.......q tip with vasiline up the bum and after soak in a nice (warm as you can) bath. I joined mine, rubbing belly and lit a candle to relax. Yes I soon was bathing in poo. But was baby happy, so I dealt with it.

Depends on what the problem is. With Newborn sometimes they just need simulation. A q tip and some sort of lubricant. Not sure what the youngest age you can give a glycerin suppository at but they work wonders.

I used to put my daughters feeet to the top of her head to help her poop, worked like a charm. But it depends on what the babies issue is.

Fully breastfed babies can safely go up to 10 days without having a BM, with formula fed I think it's 4-5 days. Unless there's pain, I wouldn't stress about it until then. Talk to your pediatrician if you're worried. There's a lot of bad suggestions and home remedies out there.

Prunes,  dilute some purity and give baby about 10ml. I learned the hard way.  Lol
Gave my poor son a whole bottle of prunes,  his tummy worked for 4 whole days...
