Today should be my due date but in fact today my baby is 18 days old and now on medication for the rest of his life :(. After after his heel prick test done he has been diagnosed with hypothyroidism. We have to give him oral medication daily and he will have to do it forever. I've been heart broken ever since I found out. My poor tiny little baby doesn't deserve this at all. We will have to make numerous trips to the hospital for more tests and bloods. Seeing his tiny little body on an x ray machine was hard to take in. But the medication will help him in the long run and make him grow big and strong. 💙💙💙
