Anyone else having a hard time on here???

I had a mc at 5 1/2 weeks in June. Now I'm 7 weeks exactly today, I go in for my first u/s tomorrow morning. 
Reading all these posts about women finding out everything is good & than mc later is super freaking me out!!!! 
I feel like I won't even have any peace if everything is going well tomorrow because it could still happen. I know this is just something that can happen, but it's really upsetting me. 
How do all of you deal with this fear???

Just stay positive even though I know it's difficult. I had 3 early losses before a dr. finally discovered a uterine polyp through investigative surgery. Pregnant the next cycle and now 36 weeks. I took my infertility into my own hands and found a dr. that WANTED to help.  It was a long process to get to this point I just stayed positive and had to think, a loss happens for a reason and to just stay positive every step of the way.

I had and still have a hard time. I had a MC at 5 1/2 weeks and got pregnant right away. I'm now 29 weeks pregnant and the fear is less and less, but it's still there some days.

I had to stop clicking into those posts, because every time I did my worry would triple. Even now, I try not to read posts about premature labor and things that could happen at this stage.

Try not to worry. I know it doesn't help much, but at this point you have no control over what happens. Trust in your body and in the process and try to enjoy it. Pregnancy is such a mystery and that is the hardest part.

The fear will never leave, but I trust that God would not allow me a 4th loss in one year. I had a MMC at 10w4d in March plus 2 chemical pregnancies. My appointment is in 1 week, and I'm praying for a strong heartbeat.

I had a miscarriage in early June as well then immediately got pregnant again. I'm 16+1wks pregnant with a healthy baby boy! But its very scary. I bought a home doppler and occasionally listen to his heart beat just to be sure its still there.

I have the same fear. I have my first scan tomorrow 5w4d and I'm terrified of miscarriage. My doctor has signed me off work to rest and take it easy because of my medical history.
