He's a little over 3 months and He constantly chews/sucks on his hands, and occasionally chews on my knuckles. And he bites down on them not just sucking on them. His gums have a white tint to them in the bottom in the front. I'm a first time mom so I don't really know any of the signs

Lots of babies start teething months before they actually get a tooth. My daughter is 5 months and has gone from a sweet quiet baby to an adorable demanding little monster lol and still no tooth to show for it.

He definately could be my lo got her first 2 teeth at 4 months and had 8 by 7 months.

It's early but possible. Most babies start getting their first teeth around 6 months. The hand sucking is completely normal. A lot of babies do it to self-sooth and it can morph into thumb sucking as they get older.
