Does having a poor diet affect me from getting pregnant ? I can't help but stop eating lots of sweets and drinking soda.

I've heard that a poor diet can definitely affect chances of pregnancy. I haven't done much research on it as I'm not ttc, but I'd suggest eating healthy and working out not only to improve your chances, but also to be healthy for yourself!

I personally was eating like a pig before I got pregnant and still able to conceive

It all depends... The month I got pregnant I let go of sweets and junk food and got pregnant I think it helped I drank lots lots of water and ate healthy food (mind u I was TTC 2 yrs)
