blood pressure

I am currently 37+3 and at my doctor appointment on Monday my blood pressure was slightly elevated, at this point my doctor decided he wanted to start monitoring me. Starting this Monday I go to the hospital twice a week for the non stress tests. Well today I have felt a little "off" so I went and bought one of the at home blood pressure cuffs and for the past hour my blood pressure has stayed elevated. I guess my question is, since it is after my doctors office hours, at what point should I go to the hospital?? Thanks for your help
