Delievering

Not sure and can't decide if I should have a c section or a vb? This is my second child. My first started as vb but I didn't dilate so they had to do an emergency c section. I lost a lot of blood and had to get a transfusion, couldn't breave on my own for a couple days. What are your opinions/suggestions?
