Would you/did you take Vitex (chaste berry) while pregnant?

I've had two miscarriages and am pregnant again 4 weeks 3 days. I read that Vitex can help women conceive and also carry to term. Should I take it?!

I would talk to doctor or naturalpath. Take a high quality prenatal with folate. You could also take a b-complex with methyl b12. I've heard lack of b12 can cause miscarriage.

I took this and got pregnant after one month of trying. I also took it up to 12 weeks and didn't get any morning sickness. Not sure if that was the cause. 18weeks now with baby going well :)

It helps with your progesterone levels in the first trimester. If you do take don't take it after that because your placenta takes up hormone production. I've been taking it since we thought I may be pregnant alongside my prenatal and so far everything is great. Just be sure your Dr knows what you're taking.
