Money..

So I am married, my husband always says his money is our money because we are married and I completely agree but I am a stay at home mom and am in the process of starting an Etsy account to name a little extra money by sewing products and selling them! And so I want to put my money in our account because if my husband money is ours than so is mine, but my husband wants me to get a soerate account because he says it's mine and I deserve to spend it on what I want. But I feel like that wouldn't be fair? How should I explain this to him?
