she's finally getting rest!

My baby had been non stop crying, with very little sleep.i rubbed her belly, burped her , etc.  She's been really fussy and gassy, haven't been told by dr yet since I haven't taken her in yet but I'm thinking she might have colic or something. I finally just placed her on her belly. I know it's not safe if you don't watch them, so I've been up for hours watching her sleep making sure she's ok instead of getting rest. I'm just glad she's finally sleeping, she's been passing her gas easily and hasn't been crying. Hopefully dr has a solution to whatever is causing her to cry so much! I need my sleep too eventually and I can't sleep if I'm  watching her sleep. :(
