My baby been coughing and sneezing on and off but doesn't have a fever. Should I go to the doctor ?

It's probably just a virus. My baby has one right now and I took her to the doctor. She isn't coughing a lot but is very mucousy. He told me to booger suck her nose and rub Vicks on her feet before bed. I ebf and he said once I got the virus my body started making antibodies to help her fight it faster and makes it so they don't get the cold as bad as we do! I wouldn't worry. No fever is a good thing. That means bacteria is not causing it and baby will recover on its own.

My baby has sneezed since he was born.  He has had a small cough for a few eeeks now just everyone and then but doctors just said there was nothing they could do just leave it!
