Unbelievably bloated and neauseated! Help!

What can I do to help alleviate gas, bloating and nausea? Its 24 hours a day. I'm absolutely miserable!! Constantly gagging (even though I only throw up about once a day). I can't get comfortable. I toss n turn. Diarrhea and gassy. Just a constant belly ache. 6-7 weeks. Any tips would be hugely appreciated!!!
