Swollen feet?

I've been on my feet today a little more than usual. Is it normal for my feet to be really swollen all the way to my toes? I've been sitting for about an hour and they just suddenly started swelling up

And elevation needs to be above your heart! Just chilling on the couch or recliner won't help swelling. My feet get really bad when I'm on them for a long time.

Yes! Ive been stuck at my desk cramming for midterms and finishing up research papers for  this semester and just from sitting at a desk my feet are so swollen they hurt. Its fairly common, try keeping your feel elevated and upping your fluid intake.

My feet swell up really bad when I'm at work :( but my midwife isn't concerned as my blood pressure is ok. Do you know how your blood pressure is?
