Is this a rash? My son has this all over his body. I'm think of taking him to the doctors. Anyone else's baby have something similar?

My baby has exactly the same. It started outjust in her face, but spread to her body a couple days ago. I doubt its anything to worry about, but ima ask on her check up Monday. Have you tried breast milk? It works for me, but the bumps will re-appear the day after.

My son has the same thing. I actually noticed at when undressing him at his 8 week checkup. Dr said it was either heat rash (which wasn't a big deal) or his body's reaction to producing antibodies for immunity. He wasn't at all concerned.

My baby has some all over his body and a little on his face, but when I shower him it will go away and then appear again hrs after, I think it is because of the heat....

Heat Rash?? 
My LO has it all over her face, and it's going doan her body... Doc said it most likely is baby acne- due to your own hormones.. I am using baby Aveeno lotion on it at the moment, which seems to be helping

Looks like a rash.. what kind of soap are you using?

My fist son was the same way and I changed the bath soap from Jonson to California Baby and it was gone within 24 hours never came back.
