need advice, please help! 😥

So my boyfriend took my new car to get parts for his truck.. Which I was totally fine with... When I called to see when he would be home it turns out he went an hour and a half away to pick up a friend and I'm positive he's very drunk.. and he didn't tell me about it (Keep in mind my car isn't exactly legal yet, it's just insured!) ! I was so pissed... Now he's been gone hours and won't pick up his phone or answer any text messages.. If he isn't back by tomorrow night I'm tempted to report my car stolen... Is that really wrong...?
