I do Orgain Organic protein. just here and there. Like if I know of don't have time to eat breakfast before running my oldest to school. I'll drink some on the way out the door so I don't start feeling nauseous and Then I eat a proper meal when I get home.

Depends on what's in them. Most of them are fine. You can drink them while you're pregnant too, just not as a meal replacement.
