C-Section..????

Question

Anyone had a c-section?  If so how long was it for your strips to come off? And are you worried of it reopening after they come off??

I waited till 2.5ish weeks pp to take them off by using baby oil and it came off easy..... I tried taking them off earlier around 6 days pp and I opened one side of my incision up 😳😳 so I would wait until at least 2.5 weeks pp

Doctor took my staples out 1 week after the surgery, put the Steri-strips on and told me to take them off in a week. That's what I did!

My doc said to leave them and they took them off at my two week appointment.

Doctor said to take them off after one week if they didn't come off on Their own.

I'm 16 days post delivery and they're still on. I had my check up on Wednesday and the doctor said they should fall off on their own

The dr that discharged me said they should come off within 2 weeks and  after 2 weeks I should take them off, however at my 2 week appt the doc said 1 week or it irritates the skin. Anyway at 2 weeks none had fallen off so the doc took them off.

I'm 9 days out and still have most of my strips. My incision looks healed, but I'm just leaving them until they fall off on their own.

I had my c-section on the 28 and they are almost completely off and im kinda scared that they werent on long enough

I just took mine off today, I had my section on the 14th, my dr said they would fall off on their own but I think a month (almost) is long enough lol

I had my c- section on the 10 of September and mine were still on last week. A couple fell off and had a hole on my left side and it was starting to smell. I called the doc office and the nurse said the strips should not be on longer than 3 days

C-Section..????
