Exercising when trying to conceive....
My husband and I have been trying to conceive since April 2016. We decided to take the month of October to work on us and our health we joined the gym and started eating healthy. I've been really focusing on cardio and trying to get to a healthy body weight since I am at the borderline of overweight and obese. I have been very irregular with my af in the past, and decided to try working out to balance out my hormones for the month of October. We're going to work out and then try to conceive again starting in November 2016. That being said how much exercise is too much exercise? it's probably me and my crazy thoughts but I'm wondering if you are jogging and speed walking on the treadmill along with some free weight arm lifting just about 5 to 10 pounds, will affect the implantation process? when I think of implantation I think of this delicate tiny fertilized egg trying to implant... Could jogging affect that like light jogging?
