Plastic Surgery ???

What are womans opinions on this topic? Anything from personal experiences bad or good. 
UPDATE: I have my consultation scheduled for Thursday afternoon. I want my upper back (right under my bra strap) and my midsection. Then getting it transferred to my buttocks. All done here in NY. Never over seas! Ever. Im excited and a bit nervous. I don't have kids yet. But Im 30+ years old.

Anything in moderation is fine with me. If I could afford it & cope with pain, id get a tummy tuck & boob lift in a second! I get Botox once a year or so and love it! Not surgery, but just makes me feel better. I'm weird cuz I cut my own hair, don't get mani/pedis etc...but love a yearly Botox injection ;)

I am planning breast enlargements and augmentation as well as tummy tuck, light and buttock lift and arm lift as I have lost 13 stone and am now completely flat chested and have excess skin which gets on my nerves. Forget what anyone else says - if you want to do it, do it. People keep telling me I should just be pleased I'm now at a healthy weight and I'm like, oh - so you know what it was like to be bullied for being fat? You know how it feels when you find an outfit you love but yeah right will it fit you! You know what it's like to nearly die (literally) after having a gastric bypass so you could lose weight (thanks PCOS(!)), be ill for 2 years after, lose 13 stone and keep it off and STILL have to buy sizes that a on the big side to fit the excess skin in and to feel like a boy because you don't have any boobs?! Tell them to f£&@ off and mind their own business. I'm doing it because I deserve to be happy in my own skin and be the shape I want after working so damned hard for it. Do it for you, no one else.

I want lip injections so bad. There are some body modifications I don't agree with (eye tattooing, eye color-change, healthy limb removal, & a few others) but ultimately it isn't my body so I don't care

I had a rhinoplasty at 21. Best decision ever. Only bad decision was that I wasn't 120% happy with it. I feel like he missed a tiny part so it's not completely even on both sides. But I'm not going to go all Michael Jackson crazy and get it done again. Overall, it was something that really bothered me so I was extremely grateful to have it done.

I had lipo about 10 years ago. Not worth it, caused weird lumps. I would do other stuff though, just not sure what. I don't need much yet, but when I get older, I'm up for it. I need a nose job from a crooked nose from three broken noses, but too scared since it's my face and if they ruin it, I can't hide it.

Ehh, I mean if you can afford it, why not? So long as it's not some botched job, I don't think it really matters. Not my body lol I don't think I could do it though. Maybe a boob job? Probably just a cup bigger. Being Asian and all, I could stand to have bigger boobs 😂

I don't like it and it's super easy to tell when someone had plastic surgery. Even when I've seen top plastic surgeons do it. I think it looks ridiculous.
