So for a little background, I'm 19 years old. In January of this past year I got the depo shot and had it renewed in April. I have not had the shot since, and it "expired" in the beginning of July. I have also not gotten any other birth control since. It caused a huge number of problems for me. I started having really bad depression and anxiety (normally very kind, optimistic, and patient, but I became a huge bitch for a while there), was constantly hungry but lost weight, and I've had some sort of period thing last since May (essentially, I get a regular period every month of "fresh" blood, but I'm almost always shedding a black goey stuff too. I have to use tampons almost every day since may and it's October now).
