Warm compress that little fucker! Thats an awful place to get a pimple im so sorry hopefully it goes away soon! But a warm compress should help with the pain -and bringing it to a head so you can get rid of it

I get these they are like a pimple somethings they will just be some puss and blood and will hurt till they pop
