I Think I May Be Pregnant

Hi I'm Capri I Am 23 Years Old & I Do Believe That I Am Expecting A Child I Did Receive My Cycle For September But Not For October Instead So Far I Am Having Cramping Pains in My Abdomen Nauseous Everyday All Day I've Experience Headaches & I Have Been Sleeping & Urinating A Whole Lot More I Feel Like My Body Is Changing Breast Are Fuller & My Lower Belly Is Firm & Pudgy I Don't Want To Take A pregnancy test Yet Because I Have An Appointment On The 17th But What Should I Do I'm Driving My Husband Crazy But Him & Others Also Suspect That I Am Pregnant Anybody Else Going Through Or Have Gone Through Similar Situations??? Help
