When TTC is best to stay lay down after sex?

Question

Just wondering if most people stay lay down after BD when trying to conceive. I have read that it's best not get up for 15 minutes afterwards and also read that it doesn't make any different of you do or not as sperm reaches your cervical canal in seconds.
I've been laying with my legs in the air after BD during my fertile week but I get bored after like 5 minutes lol
Does it really matter?

Not all sperms could swim very fast and the slow one takes about 12 hours to reach the egg. So it best to lay for 15 to 30 minutes after sex to the swimmers a better chance. And Laying with a pillow under ur butt is even  better against the odds of gravity.

If it makes you feel better, keep doing it. But getting up right away should not hurt things.

No. I got up right after every time and took a shower and still got pregnant the first month trying.
