TWW after miscarriage

I'm in my First TWW after a mmc in early July, and stuck between trying to not obsess while also feeling as if I may be pregnant. I hadsome spotting  earlier  this week (I also passed one clot about the size of a Nickle). I've also had lower back pain -- very consistent with my last pregnancy. I finally broke down and tested today (12 DPO). What do you think? Do you see a faint line?
