Depo and anxiety

So I'm on the depo shot since August 18 and I was doing fine emotionally besides getting irritated or aggravated easily and being moody just the usual side effects of the shot but after a month my anxiety got worse bit by bit and now it's the worst it's ever been. To where I cry almost everyday.
