Thought it was baby acne but now it's on her neck and chest

Could be newborn rash. Make sure you wash everything he/she touches with fragrance free detergent including your clothes and all the bedding etc.

Mine has baby acne he just turned a month old and it's almost gone but it only stayed on his face. This looks like a reaction to detergent. Are you using baby detergent? I forget the name of what I have... dreft I think.

Ours had a little rash as well and after we switched his detergent it cleared immediately.

I'd call the doctor and ask if you can send a pic to get advice. I'd be worried that Iis an allergic reaction to something you st that passed through breast milk? Have you tried any new meds or formulas with the baby? Whatver it is, it is systemic and her body is irritated.
