Sore nipples and burning sensation

I'm a FTM and my baby is 4 days old now. My milk just came in last night, finally! But now I've been having this burning sensation in both of my breasts on the outer side. What can be causing this?? Also since day 2 of breast feeding my nipples have been so sore! After seeing a lactation consultant a couple times, applying lanolin, and having my baby's tongue tied clipped, my nipples still have not gotten better! They're so painful all the time now!!!! Anyone else having this issue? What can I do to help make them feel better?
