Looks like baby acne. If you're breastfeeding you can dab a little breastmilk on there and it should clear up in a day or so.

It's baby acne!! Very common. Most likely will get more bumps around a month. They just go Away on its own. You can use warm wash cloth only water on the face 1-2 times daily to help
