curious to know
So I understand that the age of consent ranges in different states and countries (which I personally think is stupid that it can't stick to just one). But does it also apply to nudes? I'm not saying this bc I'm or someone I know is in this situation, but bc I'm honestly curious.
Like if the age of consent is 16, then would it be okay for someone who is 20, to receive and send nudes to them since they are already allowed to have sex with them?
Bc if it still isn't allowed, then it just confuses me so much that you can have sex with them, but not receive nudes. Anyone else notice this and feel the same??
