tmi just miscarried

Tmi- I've been having an up and down pregnancy for the past 7 weeks. Today I've been in bed all day with horrific cramps. I was just getting ready to go to the hospital when I felt a horrible cramp. I went into the bathroom and I'm pretty sure I've passed the sac into the toilet. This will be my 10th miscarriage, all have ended well before this or I've had to have a D & C. Should I still head to the hospital? I have little to no cramping and gotnback into bed.
