can you delay a period?

Me and my boyfriend are going away for a weekend and haven't been able to hang out for quite a while. I'm really excited and I don't think my period will come until Afew days after we get back but are there any tips to delaying it just in case? Thankks

Are u on birth control? If not then no. There are old wives tells home remedies. But ive tried all those and they are just myths. Like sucking on a lemon and blah blah blah

Nope nothing you can do really. Travel and stress can delay your period, but that's not a guarantee that your cycle will be effected by your trip.

I don't know about delaying but when I'm on my period I'll take ibeprofen which makes it super light or stops it completely until it wears off, and my flow is usually super heavy
