Sleep Problems
For the past week or two I have had a lot of stroubke sleeping well. I'm usually a really deep sleeper, but lately I can't. I'm uncomfortable all night, my throat gets sore, my eyes get dry, and my nose gets stuffy. I'm thinking it may be allergies to corn (they are just finished up harvest where I live). I sleep in a really cold room with the fan on and I thought it might be because of the cold dry air, but if I turn the AC and fan off I get too hot and sweaty and can't sleep. I've tried taking Melatonin to help me sleep, which usually works wonderfully but I just woke up super early. I tried taking cold and flu nighttime medicine to help with the symptoms and it made me sleep really well for a few hours but not the whole night, and they made me feel sick to my stomach the next day. I'm just wondering if anybody has any suggestions to help me get to sleep better. Not being able to sleep for the past few weeks has made my body constantly sore and I'm cranky and my throats and eyeballs are always sore. I could use some suggestions.
