So Supportive!

I just want to brag on my awesome family for a minute. I'm one week postpartum from a tramatic birth in which I suffered a major blood loss. My milk has taken a bit longer to come in, adding to my baby becoming jaundice and needing to stay under bili lights for a while. The first week of breast feeding has been a roller coaster of hurdles and difficulties. My mom has been a super star helping me learn to latch the baby correctly while helping take care of him while I'm struggling to recover. My dad and brother have not blinked an eye at me nursing in the living room with most of my boob hanging out (because good gracious how is it even possible to this discreetly?!?). Everyone has helped with holding and diaper changing and soothing a cranky baby who is struggling to get enough to eat. My sweetheart husband smiles me and holds my arm every time I nurse at night just to support me. I love them more than words can say! Picture of my little love for cuteness ❤️
